妻の方は順調。 道路をはさんだビルを結ぶトンネルが懐かしい。
11/11/11の11:11:11に願い事をすると、願いが叶うと娘が言うので、さらなる精進を期し、今週から、色々と気になった言葉をメモる事にした。
「Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.」 痛みは避けることができないが、つらいと思うかどうかは自分次第である。
「Gratification vs. Fulfillment. Fulfillment comes from 1) personal growth and 2) contribution to relationships.」 一時的な満足ではなく、より持続的な充実感を大切にしよう。 充足感は、自らの成長と他者との関係性への貢献から生まれる。
「Every master was once a disaster.」 師と仰がれる人も、かつてはとんでもなかった。

日本には、「No news is good news (便りがないのは良い知らせ）」があるが、便りがないのは実は悪い知らせ（問題に気づいていないか、隠しているかもしれない）。 悪い知らせは、（良くするきっかけとなる）良い知らせ。 良い知らせは問題がないということ。
